As we all know, flywheel is considered to be the fatal weakness of transmission system. Traditionally, flywheel is considered as a disposable component that should be replaced regularly. We deal with components in different ways. We set out to create and manufacture a durable, reliable and easy to maintain flywheel. Our efforts have been successful, and the flywheel here is now regarded as an industry leader. The flywheel uses sealed box bearings instead of a loose ball system. The advantage of barrel bearing is that it is sealed with elements such as mud, gravel and water. Another advantage is that the bearing is well contained in a simple unit and can be easily pulled out and replaced when worn. Our flywheel has a machined internal drive and a machined external gearbox, so that the flywheel operates concentrically without the tight loose points common to other flywheels.

What is a hub component?

The hub assembly, which connects the wheels to the vehicle, is a pre assembled unit with precision bearings, seals and sensors. Also known as hub bearing, hub assembly, hub unit or hub and bearing assembly, hub assembly can fix your wheels on the vehicle and allow the wheels to rotate freely, so that you can turn safely. The hub assembly is also important for your anti lock braking system (ABS) and traction control system (TCS). In addition to bearings, it also contains wheel speed sensors that control the vehicle's ABS braking system and traction control system.

Steering wheel vibration

Damaged tie rod ends can cause misalignment of the front end and poor handling.

Pit damage

Abnormal noises such as squeaks when cornering or creaking from the front end may indicate damage to the end of the tie rod.

Abnormal noise

Excessive wear of the inner or outer tube indicates that there may be a problem with the end of your tie rod.
